Just got a White Xb and was wondering about the plastic film on the bottom corner of the rear doors and on the door jamb. Does it serve an important purpose or was it something the dealer forgot to peel off? Advance thanks for response(s).

 

that's 3M clear bra material to prevent rock chips since that area juts out a bit. You can peel it off but risk future rock chips
