Has anyone gotten a TRD exhaust? I ordered mien with my car and I haven't heard from the dealer about it yet. I was jsut wondering if anyone has the same problem or if anyone knows if they have arrived to USA yet.

I think Paul (dakine) has the TRD exhaust on his tC...

 

I am not sure but but I thought the Toyota's TRD exhaust was unavailable at this time.

 

i have sold and delivered a handfull of tC's with the TRD exhaust. I like it, it doesnt sound like a leaf blower. Actually has something too it

 

I have one on mine but I got it back in june...

 

As I understand it both the old air intake and the exhaust are being made by AEM / DC Sports. This come from a friend that is working from AEM / DC sport. The cold air intake has a few more hoops to jump through before it is final, as for the exhaust. I am not sure what anyone else has seen but I know there are a small handful of TRD knock offs I have seen.

Hi Berman.......I have a TC with the TRD exhaust. According to the eng. it runs at about 95db. I really like it. Very throaty on acceleration and quiets down at crusin speed. Its not the "hey look at me im 16 and in a loud car so im a badass" loud. And its nice not to have to have the radio on the "nuke my ears" level to hear your tunes over the exhaust....esp at highway (or so ++) speed.
