all motormounts are inserts. speedsource makes a complete front replacement, but doing the front is so easy, it doesn't really matter.

I didn't notice a significant increase in vibrations with them in fuzz's car. The rear mount is an absolute BEAR to install, though. Fuzz and I cussed that thing for a good two hours haha.

HMm it seems like this is much better then just getting an ETD. I should be ordering one soon. Is install difficult? I mean if u install em 1 by 1, u dont really need anything to support the engine right?

well the reason people get an ETD is cause its easier, but i already had one and i dont like the road noise that comes from it plus its all the way at one end of you motor, i had a friend on my car with the brake on try to torque the motor in gear and i was watching the other end still move, i didnt like that so i got rid of it, sure it was better then nothing, but i didnt feel safe wathcing the motor move at that angle, the mounts are mounted in the center of the motor front and rear and on the sides, all you have to do is replace the front and rear for the torque issues, and since im in the military and we have lifts we can use on base, it wont be that hard, ill never go back to another ETD, or one by itself, i might get another one with the mounts, if i come across another good deal

I would rather set the car on fire than install another rear mount hahaha.
