Default Putting on a new exhaust HELP ME!!!!

OK So there might already be a forum for this im not really sure. Anyway i have been doing alot of reading and im trying to put a Skunk2 Catback exhaust on a 2008 tC. i Just bought the car and the exhaust. Literally the car is sitting at the dealership still. Anyway im going to be putting the exhaust on the car in about 4 months (thats how long i got left in Afghanistan). And I had read that i would have to cut the stock piping. Is that true or not? im not doing an s-pipe or anything at this time its just the exhaust. I am trying get it done in as little time as possible because im only going to be home for 30 days and then me and the car get shipped over to germany. Ill tell yall how it drives on the Autobahn. Anyway if anyone can please help me it would be greatly appreciated.

all catbacks are direct bolt on. you wont have to cut anything just unbolt and unhang the exhaust and rehang and rebolt it all and you are good to go.

well if you just got the muffler part you don't have to cut anything....which is the "axle back" exhaust.... I know with the magnaflow full cat back you gotta cut the stock exhaust a little after the cat

dont worry about it, you dont have to cut anything for the skunk2 catback. i installed mine and didnt have to cut anything. its all direct bolt ons. its pretty straight forward. you might need a breaker bar. i found my s-pipe bolts super hard. and i have an 08. gl with it
