Yes, the handling is improved somewhat and you don't need an alignment if that's all you're doing. I didn't do an alignment on mine when I did the brace, but I did do one when the springs were installed. Later

Ken,
I am curious if your alignment showed any change over the factory numbers. I bought my springs and shocks from you a few months back and have not had time to head to an alignment shop. I have no irregular tire wear after 10k miles and seems to handle great.
Thanks

My change was so minimal that I might have gotten away without the alignment. If you've gone 10,000 miles with no odd wear, you should be good.

Good to know, thanks Ken.
Back to the subject of the strut bar, I feel that the amount of support offered by the bar on the tC is VERY small. The design of the body of the tC incorporates the strut towers into the firewall and the A-pillar. Because of thi very strong design, I doubt we are going to have any chassis flex at all. If you are, you have bigger problems that a strut bar is not going to even come close to addressing.
Just my $.02
Thanks
