TurboMe 03-15-2005, 11:24 PM here ya go http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=22943 scoobyroo2002 03-15-2005, 11:33 PM THANK YOU! scoobyroo2002 03-15-2005, 11:36 PM HOLY MARY MOTHER OF GOD!!!I AM NOT DOING THAT! Nevermind i will pay someone to do it HA! thanks though! KJ 03-16-2005, 01:51 AM Aw come on, it's not that bad :p TurboMe 03-16-2005, 02:42 AM haha scoobyroo2002 03-16-2005, 02:51 AM YEAH IT IS! miller3624 03-16-2005, 03:11 AM nah really installing amps and ____ is way easier then it seems, it just involves alot of removing panels but other then that it is fairly straight forward. xnevergiveinx 03-16-2005, 03:43 AM thats so easy. taking apart the dash takes under 5 mins, running a wire, big whoop. you don't have to splice anything, not hard at all scoobyroo2002 03-16-2005, 05:05 AM For someone who has done that before sure. But never have i attempted to take apart anything in a car. I had to ask how to put in the headlights...i mean COME ON! rather then F@#$ up my car...i would rather pay someone to do it for me. At least that work will be warrantied. ya know? CRxB 03-16-2005, 09:49 AM yeah but you'll never learn doing stuff to your ride by paying someone else to do it for you. or another option is find a friend who has done stuff like that before and both of you tackle the job. worse comes to worse you can always post up in here and people will help you out. SCI_TC_GUY 03-16-2005, 11:34 AM yeah man.....find someone to help you........take your time and you'll be good....... Hudnut 03-16-2005, 11:45 AM You won't break anythin. I know alot of people that didn't know a thing about working on car untill they threw caution to the wind and started tearing things apart, just to realize that it's not that hard after all. Fsu1dolfan 03-16-2005, 02:00 PM Yup i have never done anything to cars before...but once i get my TC (1 or 2 weeks  ) I plan on using these amazing write ups, pics and walk throughs people have left and tackling myself..maybe with a friend too. Thank you to anyone who has given info... it has been greatly appreciated!!! scoobyroo2002 03-16-2005, 04:24 PM Still it's scary on a brand new car. My old 1997 cavalier i didnt care i took it apart..but it wasn't new HA but yes Thank you for the pics. At least if i know 1 day i want to tackle that i will have pictures...and i thank ya'll for that. FlyAdidasGuy 04-21-2006, 05:50 AM I got it all done, but got stumped @ the wiring part. I have a single CD player ('05) but have no idea what connects into where? All the wiring is mounted and good to go, but I'm a dummy w/electronics. This was not included in the install manual. PLEASE HELP! reagulator 04-21-2006, 06:22 AM the wireharness just plugs inline to the stock harness. so it goes like this: stock wire harness = Sub wireharness = back of headunit |
