Default NewScionParts.com (anyone 'round here reccomend 'em?)

Looking to pick up the arm rest and a few other things and was wondering what experience anyone might have had.

They're order form on their site is p/iss poor and I guess I'll need to phone'em.

So let me know your thoughts on them.

Thanks

The only thing I ordered was a plate frame, but they were great. I too thought the order form was horrible, but customer service was good. They called me when it shipped to give me a tracking number.

I have read good things about them.

I'd have ot agree with everyone. I've met steve in person and he is one great "mon" (jamaican accent here). Ordered two things from them, both came quickly and along with a phone call.

Good people down there at Carson Scion--they'll take care of you, don't even worry about it.

Carson's parts department rocks! Just be patient and Steve will take care of you. He's been helping me with my xB project and it is coming along just fine. Also his sales help with Collin and Gordon are great!! E-mail them or call to assist you. Steve IS well known and i call him from time to time, JDM STEVE.

Good guys over at Carson Toyota/Scion. I'm not too far from them so I pick everything I order from them. Bobby didn't charge me tax on my bodykit, saved me a couple hundred right there.

I ordered ESAM visors for my xB back in July 05 from newscionparts.com (Carson Toyota). I have nothing but good things to say about those guys. Their customer service is excellent and I also dealt with Steve Ganz too. Will definitly buy from them again when I need something.

time for a *BUMP*

you're a fool if you DON'T shop with Steve and his parts department. I've ordered numerous items (enough that they just ask if I want to use the same old CC as always) from them and it's always a nice transaction - Steve has damn near broke himself in half getting me some very difficult to import JDM peices, I would have given up a long time ago and said 'sorry' and 'here's your refund....'. Becuase of the parts dept. there... the next time I need another Toyota automobile - I'll wait till I go back home to Ca. to buy it at Carson Scion/Toyota.
