Default Best Exhaust For a Drop?

I am trying to decide between the TRD and DC Exhausts. Some people have mentioned on this forum that the TRD sits up high. I ordered the Ground Control coilover sleeves and am going to drop as far as my driveway will allow (2"- 2.5") on 15" rims (ATS Cup). Will the TRD make this easier then the DC? Also what is the noise difference between the two and will there be a noticeable difference in performance (hp). I will be installing the Injen intake as well. Thanks.

Does a catback sit higher? Would it do better with a drop? How does the Magnaflow compare in terms of noise to the TRD? I'm trying to stay on the quieter side. I've heard the sound clips from the Magnaflow, but don't know how this compares to the TRD.
