Default Will 18x8.5 rim fit on a 2006 Scion tC ??????????

I am about to order 18x 8.5 wheels made by Stern, but i want 2 check and see if they will fit on a Scion tC 2006 without rubbing or causing any problems.

If anyone knows the answer 2 this i would apperciate it.

YES................you can run a 20 if you wanted to....im running 19x8 on my 06 tc. dont worry about rubbing, just make sure the offeset is 35 or higher ( i belive you can run up to a 40mm offset) if you plan on lowering it you will have no problems. check the TC corner carvers section for more info

yeah u should have no prob since u have the trd drop, cuz i just got myself the stern st-2 19x8.5 with a 37mm offset and they fit perfect but the front ones rub only a lil bit occasionally over humps in the street, but u should be perfectly fine......

Yeah the ST- 2 wheels are the ones i want 2 get but it seems like every place i talk 2 says that they will not fit my car. Like that i need a 45 mm offset and nothing less or that they will stick out. I am not all sure on what all the numbers mean but i just want these stern ST-2 wheels in 18 or 19. Where did u get ur ST-2 at.

its simple, just make sure u get the stern st-2 with lug pattern 5x100 and an offset that is between +35mm and +40mm and voila thats it its that simple, trust me they fit real nice, as a matter of fact i can see them on my car from here........dam they are hotttt, lol... but yeah dont listen to no one just trust me when i say they fit...

Sup all I got 18 x 8 on 225 x 40 x 18 tire and lowered on tein s.tech springs (2.4F 2.0R) and i rub lots when I sit peeps in back. I didnot have that problem when I put the springs in. I was cambering so I didnot notice, Went to TK Performance and got a all wheel alignment Thats when the rubin started. My exp. Dont use a 40 tire. I think 35's would be better but then again 18 x 7.5 would have saved me. If I can resolve the rubin on the 40 tire (rollin fenders) it looks really nice on my Split 5 HP wheels.
