Default Green wheels?

After seeing Mo plasti-dip his stock wheels then paint them, I decided that I would try the same on my stocks. I think the hardest part of the process is deciding the color so I figured I'd ask here. I would like to get some opinions on this color: It's dupli-color grabber green engine enamel. Just did a simple copy+paste from another car with painted wheels.. I just wanted to see the color on cement.

Do it! Crazy colored wheel colors are in right now and I think cement is one of the moct forgiving colors for crazy colored wheels

alright, I'm probably gonna try to make some time and do it this sunday. Going to grab 4 cans of plasti-dip and 3 cans of dupli-color grabber green and a stack of index cards on the way home today.

Papa's right. Cement would look the best out of all our colours with crazy lime green wheels... or fuchsia... or neon blue... etc.

I'd say you need a drop to pull crazy of a color off, I like it though.

^ huh? mo already posted pictures with his orange wheels... i wish tire rack had a better representation of the 'cement' color. the one on their site looks more like the magnetic gray

Thanks for any feedback!

Looks great only because it is my car you used. But honestly I don't care for the green wheels.

^ haha.. about that.. i didn't have any side profile pics of my car so i jus browsed the forums Honestly I think it's more of a search for 'what colors can u put on cement'

btw is there a way to change the thread title? I would like to change this into a general 'wheel color thread for cement'

No worries bud. Just giving ya cr@p.

As for changing the name, try to edit your first post and see if that works, if not you might have to have an admin do it.

I am thinking black for mine, but not totally set on that yet. I just don't think the stock wheels go well with silver and cement. But just my opinion.

I was actually thinking of just going with matte black rims and red brake calipers, but I like the colours that have been coming up. I'm liking red rims with black brake calipers behind them. The plasti dip is great because it gives you the option of changing it up too.

donsun, you beat me to it! I was just going to start a thread with the very same question for the Magnetic Gray! I'm still going to.

Anyway, I'd say try it in green if you want. That's the beauty of being able to peel it off.
