Ok, two birds with one thread..... First off, I came out from a friends apartment today and my driver's side fog light cover was gone.... A little wierd, but more aggravating than anything. So if anyone happens to have installed some fog lights and have a Black Sand Pearl cover laying around, I'll buy it off ya. Dealer will, Im sure, want something stupid for it....
Secondly.........I bought my box two months ago so I could have a daily driver. I have always been a minitrucker and thought that by not buying a truck I would avoid the temptation to customize............hahaha. Ive put in ice blue headlights and a plate light to match, and got the blue pedal covers (which I love), now I want to color either the center ring, the outside surface, or the lip of the air vents. I know how to get the vents out, but can I paint them or can I buy them in the color I want? I don't want to put in LED's, just change the actual color. If I can paint them, what kind of paint should I use to avoid it from getting all mauled up? And if I can buy them, where? Cant find much info online... Thanks!

 

i have a bsp fog cover but i forget which side its for. i think its drivers.

 

the vents are two pieces, a top and bottom half. they twist apart and come out. the ring the pops out.

Ok, sent pm and never heard back from Trapped. Anyone else got a hook up on the fog light cover? Called the one local dealership here and they dont stock them......and want $57 to order it.

haha...yeah, build em and drag em ... Thanks for the tip on the new cover... makes me nervous that it just says black though.... I guess bsp is the only black put out 03-06?
