onto another though, anyone think a Highlander could look good if slammed and on wheels(it is available as a hybrid as well, shoot close to half of all newest gen Highlanders sold are hybrids)


I know they're comfy and I bet they'd look pretty good on20's and lowered 3-4 inches. Any thoughts?

 

i saw a few 1st gens with a serious drop. RX's look better slammed tho

 

afterrereading and reading many of your posts over the years i agree...Highlander in nice but not such a good value
I am curious what the Tuscon and Sonata hybrids will be like as they are using the most advanced battery technology in the industry

 

The highlander hybrid starts at $37k and comes with awd and 3rd row seat standard.

Doesn't seem like too bad of a deal to me..

 

key word is "starts" by the time I loaded it up the way I wanted it.....the price sky rocketed
the limited base is over $42,000 and top off at almost $50K... for $6k more I can a Audi Q7 TDI loaded.......seems like a no brainer..
or for even money I can get loaded Caddy SRX, Benz GLK350, Infiniti EX35, Tourag TDI, all which are in a class above the highlander as... now the hoghlander does get get a few MPG's better than the non-diesels but c'mon....value nope

 

word is there is a bagged Prius (zvw30) on 20's and kitted. I saw a pic. looks alot like some of the ones i already posted. Now it begins.....

 

i'm waiting to see someone around here do that; some guy at elmhurst last week (with that big lifted truck) claimed he owns a prius w/ a widebody kit n slammed that he's apparently bringing to a show the 14th down in my area; so if he does i'll make sure to post up for ya jim

well dude was a flop; was a black yaris with chrome wheels but didnt even look lowered; so stereo, tint and chrome wheels was it; not to say i was surprised tho; sorry jim was hping to come back with a pic to post
