i do dislike the camel hump on the dash for the 2DIN radio. looks tacky. need to just keep the original waterfall

 

Im actually pretty excited to pick one of these up if the price starts at 12k as originally rumored. Reaching 14k and I might as well get the Fit. If they would sell me this car tomorrow I'd buy it for 13k all said and done..... I logged back onto Scion Life specifically to find out when they're gonna release this damn thing. HURRY SCION! Where is it? is it gonna be in the showroom, or is this the one they use to train the techs? really interested in picking one up... excited to see one in person instead of just pics...

well the iQ was put on the boat last week and headed to cali for a photoshoot, so you folks keep an eye out for it. wish my iphone didn't decide to restore to factory settings by itself then i could have posted some pics.

 

I'm planning on getting one once my tC is paid off. I'm more excited about the iQ than the Gen 2 tC. LOL

 

I really like the iQ, but I think I would rather have the CR-Z despite the 22k price tag.
Where in the iQ would you put a sub? Rear seat delete would have to be the first mod.

i personally like the iQ. i do admit that the price tag isn't that great if it stays tho. i hope its better in person at that rate.

 

maybe put a sub under the center console like they did in the QNC bB.

 

man toyota did a brilliant job with this car but i just dont understand why they went with the 1.3L for the U.S. model? estimated high 30's? i can do mid 40's with double the car! the 1.0 would of been so much more logical like they do over in Europe, 65 mpg!

It may cost $6-10K to do it right, but then you wont have to pay any gas stations any $ or time. Plus it would have faster acceleration.

 

Considering that the iQ has been promised for almost as long as Duke Nukem Forever I think it's time to start looking at this:



You never know, it might hit the showrooms first and by then I'll have saved up enough to afford one.

seems like it's been a while since we've received any new data on the iQ...

waiting for it to arrive is getting a little frustrating........
