Default What is the best way to polish???

I want to apply some polish/glaze to take out some of the scratches in my clear. Do I have to use a buffer or can I do it by hand. Im no pro and the thought of taking power tools to Scion paint is kind of scary

Don't forget to clay the entire car before polishing. Good luck
