They should put the 2.7L 4 cyl. in it!!!!!!

I loved this new Xb makeover at first, but the more I look at it the more that front bumper reminds me of a new prius...

Personally I would prefer it if they offered the IS350 drive train as an upgrade. Imagine a RWD 6Cyl with 350 stock ponies

I'm already considering looking for a front clip of an IS350

I could just imagine the price tag with that upgrade

Found a video.

I gotta say, I'm not real fond of it.

Sucks to be me, as this will be all that's left to buy soon.

I went by two dealerships to see them in person, but they didn't have any in. One dealership thought I was nuts and pointed to the release series and the other one said it would be months....

Silver is such a bad color. I'm sure it'll look good in black

Salesman at the dealership today told me they're expecting the 2011 models in July.

BTW that video looks like it was shot in the Palos Verdes area of Southern California.

Why are they using that rubbish seat fabric. I like the old seat. Just my .2¢

The 2011's have already landed in Hawaii, and most previous model years have landed at dealerships in April or May, so I would suggest that the salesman you spoke with doesn't have any idea what he is talking about... go somewhere else with your business, they haven't earned it.

there out there.. prob in there holding lots... Scion Hawaill prob got them before the usa dealerships becuase Hawaii isnt part of Scion Corp. and gets it straight from Japan.

Hawaii had about 15 RS.. and this is just one dealership.

Yeah I told the guy that Hawaii already has some and he gave me the standard line of how next year's models usually appear on lots in June/July blah blah. Salesmen on the Toyota lots here don't know much about Scions.

I just stopped in to peek at the tC RS 6 and thought I'd give him a pop quiz.

Not a fan of the seat fabric or the reflectors in the rear bumper but I would still buy one.

Saw this today while getting my 5k service at Desert Toyota, it's the Army Rock Metallic.
It was the only 2011 on the lot.

I think it's a decent enough looking car (though yet less boxy), but my interest is limited to how cheaply and easily I can upgrade to that telescoping steering column! My 2008 is pretty much the way I want it, but that column is a definite winner (wouldn't mind the instrument panel upgrade either, but that's purely secondary)!

Thanks a ton for posting that!

That color is AWESOME !!

As for the change in the instruments, I'd rather have a temperature gauge. I can't believe they deleted that -- it gives me a lot of reassurance when I glance over at it and see everything is OK, especially if the car is acting up.

Oh! They dropped the temp guage did they? I missed that. In that case, I'll stick with my 2008 panel -- thanks for mentioning it !

Thinking of the center console and armrest, I like the armrest, but I'm wondering what happened to the USB and AUX jacks. I've been working on my own armrest for the center and I'm thinking I'm probably best off staying with that (presuming I ever complete it ).
