Let me just take a step back here and remember that lifted monster truck xB from a few days back. As cool as that thing was, would you ever really consider taking it off-road? I know I wouldn’t. Even then, if you had told me that some dude in San Diego built a tC that was more brutal than some jeeps, I would’ve given you a weird look.
I also would’ve been totally wrong.
How do I even start. This car has been in the works for the past 3 years or so where it started off as an abused tC. I guess it still is an abused tC, but now it’s abused in a rally-car-from-hell kinda way instead of a general-neglect kind of way. This is the only tC I’ve ever seen with KC daylighters, chopped fenders and a winch attached to the front bumper. The rear bumper has flood lights. He has a snorkel. If San Deigo ever gets hit by a tsunami, it’ll be this guy in his tC puttering around through the flood water like a boss.
Wes’ build thread has been going on for a while now, but just recently he’s updated us on some new additions. The smoke stack is a cool touch. As is the diamond plated rear hatch. With a gunner seat. So. Damn. Cool.
