Doing reckless things in empty parking lots is pretty much a constant thing across the country. At any given time, at any given empty parking lot, at some point there’ll be a kid trying to drift in it. It’s February though, so the only difference is whether or not the parking lot will be covered in snow.
If you wish this was you, but you live in a place where there is no winter, just go this route. And use polyurethane cutting boards instead of trays. They last longer and you’ll avoid getting on McDonalds hit list for stealing trays.
