I have to admit that when I saw John Toca start talking about the car’s audio system, and then transition to how the Recaro racing seats will have harnesses, I wasn’t all that impressed. But that’s personal bias—I just don’t care about car stereos. And generally need harnesses don’t need stereos. In all fairness though, while I appreciate the sexy look of a totally gutted race cabin, I realize it’s not practical for street use, and concept or not, that’s what he’s going for here.
Of course, he’s also add a Vortex supercharger and a grip of trick suspension bits from Cusco, so the beauty will be more than skin deep. Watch the video and check out the pics of the finished product for all the details.
The FR-S is going to be all over the place this year, and we’ll be posting tons of photos from the floor starting Tuesday. Stay tuned for updates about everything happening with Scion at SEMA 2012!
