The upgrade fits neatly in the FR-S’s engine compartment, but there’s always room for extra power. This supercharger kit can boost the FR-S to 294 horsepower and 201 lb-ft of torque. Installation only takes four to six hours. This system’s availability is limited to the manual transmission-equipped FR-S. Vortech is still working on calibration for the automatic-transmission FR-S.

The basic “Tuner Kit” for $4,298.95 excludes fuel management and tuning components, but it allows you to custom tune your upgrade if you’re doing more than just adding a supercharger.
