08 Impreza = disgustingly plain. No edge to them at all anymore. Was going to buy one, but couldn't find an 07.

08 WRX = OMFG. But with its history, I could not get insurance for it.

Well I didn't have time to test drive it but I did get to sit inside the new WRX (sedan) and wow! Really roomy and comfortable. Loved the center console and it has its aux jack under the arm rest (just like the tC)

I shifted through the gears and I think a short throw shifter can do that car some good..the distance between 1st and 2nd and 3rd and 4th was a lttle farther than I've cared for in past stick cars I've driven.

But other than that I loved it =) Really roomy.

I guess since no one else has really said anything I'll try to do it again on tuesday when I have more time after class! lol Or I could just continue talking to myself in here...

I'm not a fan of the revised looks but I've heard they drive amazingly well. Do you like the look of the Evo more? The Ralli-Art should be coming out soon to compete with the WRX. I personally like the look of the Lancer.

I haven't really heard anything about the new ralliart lancers yet. I'm more of a subie guy though.

I don't like the new look of the 5-door but the 4-door to me is schmexy...

Nope but my old roommate has an 04 ralliart and he is planning to trade it in for the new one, so he told me all about it. I think they look better than the restyled WRX.

i test drove the new STi when a guest pulled it up and wanted to valet his car. i think that car is amazing. havent drove the impreza or the wrx yet

Well I finally got to drive one! Drove a WR blue 4-door 5spd with deck spoiler and sport grill.

I was impressed! Throttle response was amazing and all that low end power really put me back in my seat! My only real complaint was the clutch but i'm not the greatest stick driver lol then again that was a pretty touchy clutch, stalled twice...

Considering it was all stock, the suspension felt pretty tight and the brakes were pretty grabby as well! Then again my tC has needed brake pads for awhle now lol (past few weeks) ended up installing my new brake pads shortly after..

stock stereo was about the same as tC as well.

I didn't drive the poop out of it or anything but I drove it enough to say its definetly an amazing car and I actually did like it better than the 05 I drove about a year ago at carmax.

However, in the end, I hopped back into my tC and still can't see myself getting ride her for anything. Although if I did trade in my tC it would probably be for the new wrx 4door (for now..)
