I'd consider a 1-2 year old one though, since you can get a $20,000 Hyundai for about $11.32 after a few years.

Just to clarify a few things on the current tiburon. Someone mentioned that the current tiburon is just a whole bunch of stolen ideas from a whole bunch of other cars. I think this comment is pretty funny. The current gen tiburon came out in 2003. The other cars that it looks like all came out after the tiburon...lexus, nissan, and infinity. I used to have fun pointing it out to honda and toyota fans and having them go....oh yeah, that car is awsome. That's the new...place into this spot lexus or infinity. As for power, the 6 speed, V6, has no problem getting up and going. When the car came car and driver did a showdown of all the major sport compacts that were out. Hyundai's tiburon tied number two with...I think the Celica. I think Acura's car was number 1. I could be wrong about the Acura. The tiburon took the fastest time off the line in that showdown also. All of the sport compacts were the top of the line package that each company offered. Oh....to clarify...all these cars were FWD. So no WRX in the running.
Now, I do own one. I've had it for over 2 years now. I've had zero problems with it. And if I did, everything is under warranty. Also, I picked my car up, the top of the line package, for about $22,000. When I was shopping for cars, every one elses were around 5 grand more for the top of the line. That was a big deciding factor for me buying this car, and the fact it didn't look like all the others.
I know most of you just flat out hate hyundai. And I'm not going to try and change your mind. You like whatever you like. Just get your facts straight when you bash another car.
Now let's test this out. Who is going to blindly send hate responses to this and even bash me as a person? This will be interesting.

I have a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon. I love my baby, but I have to get rid of her. In the long run when my warranty is over i will be royaly screwed with ac and window problems. I took a chance bying Korean, but they aren't there yet. On the rright track, but not there yet. We've been waiting for the new Tib to come out for a long time. We need a bigger engine than what it has. Don't really know anything yet. oh Well.
