i loved his car in GT3-A Spec

 

who made this car? I've never seen it before

 

I've only ever heard about it from a friend of mine a couple years ago. Not a very wide known car, but awesome none the less.

 

It's a Vector Avtech WX-3, and technically since the company was owned by Lamborghini at the time of it's design and build (along with the M12), it's partially Italian. As for the Vector W8 and W8TT which were truly American and truly super (the W8TT pushed out over 1000HP), those were the true supercars.
