It was a purely drift car, but then again that still doesn't explain it...

 

Drifters commonly have two different wheels because it's a lot less time consuming to keep putting new tires on every time they're worn down. They just swap on a different wheels with tires already mounted.

is it a real 86? not no 85 or 87

 

thats a zenki 85 just like mine. still considered an ae86 tho since its running the 4age assuming its a gts.

Well in the USA the AE86 VIN is the SR5. The GTS VIN is AE88. In other countries it is different.

 

that is true. forgot about that. nevertheless its still an 86 through and through.

 

this is a fine example of an all American corolla.
