^^^Again, I could care less about the gas it will drink cause it will ONLY be driven on the weekends with the family but thanks for the comment anyways...

Actually, I decided to buy the smaller Tahoe LTZ instead. Hopefully they drop in price some more by next year...

I honestly love the new look of the tahoe front. The rear bumper looks cheap when riding on the highway though. Catches wind and almost looks like it will fly off.

By the time you are looking to buy one, the economy will be in who knows what shape and gas could be even more.

I think if you are just only going to use it on those trips, then rent one. It's cheaper in the long run and you don't have to insure the thing. Anyone own one and can speak on the insurance?

Otherwise I like the look and the shutting off of 4 cylinders is a cool idea.
