this prototype/concept, whatever you want to call it is very real even though I will agree that some of the images look very doctored.

There's a lot of talk of something being produced like it in Germany (that "talk" coming from my relatives who live there)

the w12 is nuts, but i dunno the look of the car is just ugly to me, i love the recent GTI tho.

we wont be seeing this car any time soon in america. im sure if its not out already in europe, it will be soon. i know that VW is supposed to be coming out with a new R32 finally after they've had it in europe for 2 years

dude those pictures are foreal man its on the august 2007 edition of road and track. Don't anyone get their bubbles worked up they only made one for the AMPERSAND. It was made to celebrate the 2nd largest-selling car in the world which is the golf and this particular one that has a w-12 is said to be number 25 milion. They're still not sure if their going to put it in production and if they did built 1 im pretty sure all that power and high performance parts don't come with a cheap price.

the new r32 has been out for almost a month nnow 1 of my friends dad jus bought 1...when i went to this year h2Oi he took it down its drives so nice..

exactly, the new r32 has been out for almost a month. if you saw the link, i was over in europe for almost 2 years, before it finally reached the states. but regardless, i dont think this monster car will go into masss production,

Didnt you guys see the review of it on Top Gear? I guess the car is absolutly awful to drive. It simply cant take corners at ALL. Oh well, still a fun idea!

yaaa but the engineer that designed it only had 6 weeks to build it...most concept cars dont even drive or go more then 20mph...if they had more time they could have did something with the suspension...its just amazin how they made it with such little time
