Man I hated how that car drives (lol and you're right it doesn't seem very friendly for taller people..) but man if there is one thing I absolutely love about the car is that interior. Such an awesome design. I always thought it was kinda cool how the center piece goes all the way into the backseat, not to mention the seats are comfy and the center console just looks cool

Im 6'1'' and i have the seat all the way back on a slight recline but i did so for the TC as well being that i have extremely long legs...no one sat in the back of my TC becuase it was so low i couldnt fit people without scrapping I/C piping or something anyway so im sure i wont be putting people in the rear's of this car...

The car handles like a dream and the interior is super comfy

yes, i dont have much comment on rx8 when it comes to power but im sure it more comfy than the tc, more quiet interior, smoother ride and engine and exhaust sounds great

How does the RX-8 GT's lack of low end grunt compare to your GTS, SVicks?
Interested since my ride is a GTS as well.
My First car was a GT-S....The car i just totaled was a Turbo TC with plenty of Torque haha...oh and the RX-8 lacks torque bad haha its like 158 ft lbs of tq i beleive
Was asking cause my Celica GTS has very little torque until you hit "lift" around 7000 rpm. People have complained about it, but if you keep your revs high the GTS actually hauls azz. The GTS only has 130 ft lbs or tq at 6800 rpm. Wanted to know if the power curve was similar in a RX-8 GT. *shrug*

Prolly broke because he drove it like a grandma haha...these cars were designed to be re'ved up...you are suppose to redline it everytime you have the car out, wait to shut off the engine until it is fully warmed up, obvioulsy keep oil levels in check....

its all about maintence with this car...

Yea i was about to warn you about that lol he flooded his spark plugs cause he'd just drive it normally and shut it off once he got to point B. I loved driving it, just way too many blindspots/tiny mirrors which made me uneasy but im sure i wouldve adjusted with time. good luck with it!

Ya i mean if you dont know the extra maintance and what not that comes with a sports car like this, is how many people run into realiability problems with them...I must of researched for a good month on RX8club.com about them...

and the interior is awesome....One of my favorite things about the car....really the first reason i fell in love with them...
