used car?

Not sure if I post here but is this a good buy? http://sandiego.craigslist.org/car/290521644.html This would be temporary while I save up for the new xb08. This is more than 10 years old but I would only have it for 3 months to 6 months at most till the xb is in stock and I have enough to down for it.

they are listing it for 5795
3400 for fair all the way to perfect condntion at 4700

offer them 4k...if they blow you off, then you know they want way more then the cars worth...if the talk to ya, u should be able to get it down....depends on how the engine looks/sounds, and how the interior is...
