Skyline FTW! Rare, hard to find, blows the M3 out of the water. While the M3 can be purchased at just about any BMW dealership.

i like the lines of the M3 but will have to go with the hand built twin turbo v6 of the skyline.

you can adjust everything on that car to meet your needs from track to the road. and in japan the computer automatically removes the speed limiter when the gps detects your car is on a track.

I will go with GT-R ... super sexy, super rare, and super fast. BUT, the M3 is sexy, and fast as well ... just not as much in any area as the GT-R. Rowwwr! Too bad the GT-R is a freaking heifer. And I am sure the M3 handles like a dream ... so I changed my mind ... can I have both???

since the gt-r isn't avaliable with a clutch pedal, i'm sorry, but the m3 wins on that virtue alone. you can't call a car a true sports car and not offer it with a clutch pedal.

M6 isn't a sports car!? Oh wait. It has a manual option now ... whew. Wait. The SLK 55 AMG doesn't have a clutch pedal! Plus, "flappy-paddle" gear boxes are faster and becoming more popular ... oh well. I thought that the Veyron as well didn't have a clutch pedal either ... I don't remember.

Edit: Veyron definitely doesn't have a manual ... it is DSG and I am pretty sure that you have to make an exception for at least that one! Haha.

i'm sorry, but i'm just old fashioned in that respect. i want a clutch pedal and a shifter. if i want to push buttons to up and down shift, i have a ps2 for that.

that flappy paddle nonsense is for the many people who can afford those cars, but can't actually drive a manual transmission, or one with that much power because i would imagine they would easily rev too high and drop the clutch and be up a tree before they stopped, or that the clutch pedal would be very tiresome after a tediuos commute.

i've driven my dad's cayenne s with the 6 speed tiptronic and it still wasn't fun. the stupid thing barely listens to my gear selections. it was like "oh, you want to downshift...let me consider your request to go down a gear and get back to you with your answer...uhm...NO, and thank you for driving"

I get ya! I think you're right though, about the power issue. Oh well. BAHAHAHA to the cayenne story, hahahahahaha. Man, that's good stuff. Is the Cayenne trans the same one on the Touareg? Bc if so, you're right, that hoe sucks.

Anyone think they will have a manual option for the GT-R ever? Aaaand, who is hoping for the convertible forms of both to gawk at!? ME.
