First off, in a private setting you actually DON"T have "First Ammendment rights. Here's my usual stock reply to that:
("Freedom of Speech" is not a term that applies to any private site that allows posting by members. The US First Amendment only applies to not allowing the US government to censor most speech. actually it would depend upon how much boost he is making in other words how low of compression he is running , the lower the comp the worse the gas mileage whether you are "in boost" or not
