Hope you get a chance to make it to a race sometime!
I'd love to get out and see you guys run/support you. I think the closest you come to Washington state is Thunderhill up in Norcal which is like a 12-13hour drive for me.

Do you have a schedule of when you're going to be where this year? Maybe I'll see if I can get some vacation time to roadtrip down to Thunderhill, do some lapping during the week, then hopefully catch you guys racing on the weekend.

blown_xa,

Oh man, with all the work I do to my car I can't even begin to imagine how much the labor costs would be to get it to the same spot it's in now. Everything I can do myself I do, and then anything I can't do myself I try to teach myself or hope that my crew has done it before. I think the only time I've paid for labor so far has been my alignment and corner balancing.

Oh trust me, I know about sacrifices. I just wrote a post to my site about what I do to keep my racing/tuning budget alive. Just don't judge me, haha. You might be a little grossed out.

As a bonus, you can heat the tuna on the turbo manifold. Longer cooking times may be needed if header wrap is used.

I'm not even kidding, but a friend sent me a recipe for cooking a baked potato on the manifold. I'm gonna try it out soon and see if it works or if he's just yankin' on me.

If I get enough tuna cans together I'll get my friend to weld 'em all together to make me a full straight-through exhaust. Now THAT'S recycling!
