their suspensions ARE usually adjustable. Almost always damping is adjustable & some times ride height. Once their ride height is right, they leave it.
check out SCCAforums for a better explanation than mine...

I have Koni struts and they ARE adjustable. Now if we have to compare Tein coilovers over Koni's, then there is NO question. TEIN would be your winner, but for price, Koni wins. Im CRAZY to get a set of Tein SS+P with EDFC, but laying down $1800 for suspension is not an easy thing. A set of Koni's with springs will run you about $600, if sourced properly. I love my Koni's but i would trade them in ANY DAY for a set of Tein, even if they are the basic dampers.

Are you running OEM suspension?? If your tripoding with OEM suspension and street tires your doing DAM GOOD!! I get the tripod action only on VERY tight corners, but my car has just about every single suspension piece made for it, so it barely rolls. Till this day im still surprised by how well this NCP-61 chassis handles. The only problem is that it doesn't handle the power that is being fed to the front tires.

the susp mods are
Eibach SportLine coils
stock dampers
Progress rear anti-sway
2 degrees of front camber w/ crashbolts & 0 toe
that's it.
as for power, Injen loop-de-loop RD intake
Strup work-of-art stainless & ceramic header
no muffler
and a Schroth Rallye harness to keep me in my seat...

Here are some pics of my tC at an AutoX event a month or so back. I finished in the top 5 so I'm happy!
Hey East Coasters, I started a Scion Performance Podcast, and I'd really like to include some of your input (I think the east coast does more performance, while the West is more show). Check out the podcast and let me know what you guys think or if you want to contribute some information, a segment, product review, etc.
You can download the podcast for free from iTunes by searching for Scion Underground, or you can download it directly from www.PrestigeRacing.net by clicking on the Scion Underground Feed links.

seat belt anchors in the back seat & the seat belt anchors on my seat.
by the way, I know this isn't a Scion, but I was EXTREMELY excited to be able to co-drive this at an SCCA National two weeks ago...
