uh, i'm confused, lol. I know the civics have all the different trim levels, but they do have different engines too. they all are sohc besides the si which is dohc, and i think the si comes with the k20 engine. the thing i'm trying to say is that the new z's don't have any different engines.....from the past engines, the new z engine is slightly different, but not like the different engine trims of the hondas...so every z has the same engine and power, so you get the same from the base as you do the nismo....

actually the older sis had the b16 and ex had d16, ok i mean ex hx. I think they are both the same motor, but different HP amounts
