Sounds pretty shady to me, I wouldnt waste much time deciding if you are gonna take legal action or not. Stick to the deadlines that you have given them, if they do not present some sort of results by then take it to the next step....

....drive by

But seriously, you guys dont deserve this crappy treatment. Whats really funny is that the only person responding to this thread is someone that "knows a person" at TC Tunerz.....they havent even responded themselves. That should tell you something right off the bat.

Exactly what I was thinking.
And I was told by certain peeps, that I was making everything up!?!

Just speaking from experience from Matrixowners.com, and here. And someone else was speaking from the other websites Duwayne frequented prior to this.

Oops...didnt know that. Maybe instead of "I'll talk to Quicky about it" have the man himself grow some ***** and step up to the plate. Either give these people their product or give them back their money. Simple as that.

your sig. was one of the first things that I saw when I signed up on scionlife
I still can't believe people still buy from them after the numerous posts regarding their
service.maybe you should have it pop up on the main page, but that will never happen as tctunerz is a sponsor seller here and darren or who ever handles the monies will not get paid from them anymore..................

Draven, once you get something/if you get something, make sure it works as promised. It would be very easy 4 them to ship out crap and state that they fulled your order as promised. When it doesn't work, sue the Sh#t out of em, and then sue em some more.

Stupidity should be painful!

I'm actually going for my refund for parts that were sold on the site that were not for the Scion tC as advertised.

I am not sure what the deal is with TcTunerz. I would have to say that I have had some good dealings with Quick. I agree that communication is key regardless of the situation.

I am in no way defending Tc or Quick as I am in no way associated with them and do not agree with them avoiding calls or whatever. I am going to say that we all need to be patient as this market develops as TC parts are becoming very scarce and seem to be out of stock everywhere. I don't want to see any shop get a bad name due to them not being able to get parts that are on back order.

Again I wanted to say my piece but again their is some behavior described above that has to do with a lot more than back ordered parts.

Thanks and sorry for my rant...............................

Default Local Magistrate !

You should be able to file charges with the following: Local Post Office ( Mail Fraud ) and also their local Magistrate, this cna be handled over the phone ! Also, alert the BBB and if it was me, I would alos contact the FBI Internet Fraud Division !

in the past when people said that they would get there lawyer involved it was mainly used as a scare technique which no one followed up on. he is probably assuming you will be like all the rest and not get a lawyer as you state you will. there was only one person that i know of that has actually done it in another state and he won the case when it went in front of a judge
