Default Be careful with Conicelli....

I ordered a cargo liner from their website. I got the confirmation and recieved the liner, within a week, thats the good part. I just went to my credit card company on line and I find another unauthorized charge on my card, for $131.67 a couple of days after the first charge. I tried calling Conicelli but they are closed. I will let everyone know what happens with this, but I wanted everyone to be aware that giving your credit card number to a company you want to trust because they advertise here may be dangerous.

I've never had a problem with them. I've been using them way befor e I even had a Scion. I used to order Mitsubishi parts from the before my Scion. I've also ordered a slew of vB and Tc parts from them without any problems. Call them up I'm sure the problem will be resolved.

That's good to know. I hope I don't have problems with them, Their service was great ,until I got a seperate, unknown charge.

I will post later today to tell you what they say.

I too have never had a problem with them. They have very good prices and are quick with the products and such. I'm sure they will figure it out, and maybe give you a free oil change or somethign out of the deal.

I drive by conicelli onece or twice a week, I'm impressed that they always seem to have Scions in stock. I got mine at Del Toyota and they didn't have much at all.

I contacted Conicelli and talked to Steve Kaufmann. He was surprised to hear what had happened, he looked into it and said it was an honest mistake, they inputed my cc number on someone else's order. Gave me a credit and charged the original person. Glad I checked my cc on line.

I guess things happen, but why always to me?????

All and all I would use them again, I just hope they are more careful the next time.
