here's his previous ebay account:

I had not heard anything about this until one of the other mods mentioned it. I went out to ebay, and using my unique nunchuk skills, was able to find his acct. hope it helps

I think you are at the point where PAYPAL will just give you the run around, like they like to do.....I would call the bank, or the credit card company that the funds came out of, and then definatly call houston PD.

that's hilarious. i've never done that and don't think i will but thanks for the suggestion anyways.
i'm sure i can do some more things to try and encourage the returning of my stuff that's legal and more annoying than random pizza deliveries. i've contacted the houston pd already and i'm expecting a call back tomorrow. understandably, my problems are not a massive priority to the cops out there.

i dont have the emails anymore but I know for a fact that I talked to him the first week of feb because that was when i was going to send him my parts to get the leds put in but i didnt have enough time. If i remember right he used a rosesofhouston email account .... its too bad i deleted them - but he emailed me so much that if i had enough time i would have sent him my stuff

for the record, kenny did my gauges and console and everything turned out great. good price, great timing, and good guy. he's a decent guy that tries to satisfy his customers. sorry about your experience with him.

i don't doubt that there are people out there with positive experiences, but i know mines is trash. i don't care how good the service was for everyone else, i only care about what i lost, which is a lot of money and a lot of parts. and the fact that he's only reachable when it has to do with new money coming in should alert lots of people. i'm happy you got your gauges, other people weren't so lucky.

his alst eBay auction just ended on 3/15/06 - and he left two feedbacks for buyers on 3/16/06 - so he's still obviously active. He's there - he's just ignoring you.
Thief.
What I would do - create a 2nd dummy ebay account, put his name on watch as a favorite seller - and the next time he lists anything, put in a max bid of $1000 to gaurantee a win.. don't pay of course - and then neg. him to ruin that undeserved 100% feedback ratio that he's still got going.

This what he told me
You can think twice about getting anything back. I know you have been saying I stole your stuff, and thats going to cost you. You want to talk about me, and you want to tell your insurance company lies? You should have thought about that before you wrote me emails that are about to be faxed over. Think again, and think a little smarter. You wanted a break down of what you needed, when you never sent me all the information I needed. I needed to know how many amps, how many subs, and what you wanted to run off of those. I wouldn't mind helping someone that asks and helps me help them, but to say stuff to others over a month ago about me, and what you think I did, and I know because they came back and told me, isnt' very smart.
