was that directed at my situation or yours? if it was mines, i have no idea what he's talking about in regards to subs or anything else. if it was yours, i thought you had only sent him a gauge cluster.

Wow thank GOD man, I did not send my stuff to him last month, was a last minute deal and I just did not have enough time to pull it out and ship it that day... I feel so bad. Definitly will never do business with a jerkoff like that. I just went through a similar thing on ebay over some subs, long story but I got my money back via paypal. Hope that guy gets what he deserves...

anyone contact the police where this clown lives? you know he has obviously done this more then once, im not sure what law the falls under, but im sure its grand theft on some level.....and since the value of the sum of the parts is over 1,000.00 its a felony. Especially if you sent it USPS, then its mail fraud, you can contact the postal inspector in your area and let them investigate it.
Also you could contact the FBI cybercrimes division at your local FBI office.

lastly, you can file a claim with your insurnace company, under a comprehensive claim, this person obviously stole these parts, he just happened to get you to remove them.

Default Clean Customs you mean Clean Rip off

My Insurance will not cover it at all. Its going to cost me mad loot. Then this dud is not trying to give me my money back either. Telling me its going to cost me my money. I am trying to get this done on a good note but he won't return my calls so I am going to have take him to court.

the better business bureau is not an enforcement agency, and unless your a member it really wont do anything, you need to call law enforcement, its a crime and should be treated as such........and yes, they will do something about it. my freind got ripped by a person in San fran. and the FBI went to this persons house and arrested him for all sorts of federal charges.......

THE BBB is a joke, and will do nothing other then log the complaint. and even if your a member all they will do is notify you that a complaint has been logged, and will release that information to those who specifically request it by business name, if you call the BBB, you might as well ____ into the wind, your wasting your time......

call the police like i have been saying all along.

US mail fruad definition and code:
http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/h...0_I_20_63.html

here is the defination that you can file a FEDERAL complaint.......
If you file a complaint for mail/wire fraud the US postal service puts a hold on his mail, and when he goes to pick it up at your post office they will have a us postal inspector officer (federal law enforcement) arrest him.......also what he did is a Class A felony I belive, punishable by 10 years in prison and 50,000 fine for each count he is found guilty.....

Also if you go to his house, you can request the police to do a "civil assist" which means they will go to his house with you to collect your property, and if he is found to be in possession he will be arrested.

or you can call the huston PD and ask for a detective in thier internet crimes division and make a report/ complaint, and let them contact him. Internet fraud is considered to be a high priority now, and is taken very serious.....

its your interior, and your money......

you have established this is not a random incident, and that it is a transaction with the intent to commit fraud.......
