So now Ikona is making deal with the unhappy customers to keep them quiet?

Thomas you didnt acknowledge what I posted. I posted I agree you cant do anything about his quaility, but you can about him taking peoples money and not delivering on it!!!!!
And you are adimant that you cant ban him because then people wont be able to fix the issues, and the only way to educate people are threads like this.
But now Ikona is making deals with the unhappy customers so they wont post negative info about him. Which means he will make deals with people to possibly post erroneous postive posts about him. How is that fair to the public??????

You acknowledged a post about Ikona shutting people up, so that others cant see the truth, so you are aware that people are now going to be falsley viewing Ikona as a positive seller. If something isnt done, there is a major problem with all of this!!!!

Remember, we aren't referees, and are not a part of whatever deals happen between individual members.

ScionLife is a discussion forum.

1. get a refund but not for 3+ weeks because he says he has to get the money
or
2. wait until he gets this mold thing done and get a garnish then. which will take god knows how many weeks.

lol, you think it'll only be weeks? more like months or years.

this guy has no concept of time or money apparently, he thought it was ok to spend our money before giving us our products... wrong.

i want my money iKona, get a loan, pay us back, end this.

Thomas, I don't want to come off as being rude to you, because i respect what you do for the community. But you are VERY aware of the rules of this site, but are ignoring the Sponsored sales rules.

From the Rules Page:

ScionLife sponsors are required to maintain an acceptable level of customer satisfaction in order to continue their involvement with ScionLife. If we determine that a sponsor is not meeting our standards of conduct then we reserve the right to discontinue sponsorship at any time without compensation. We always work with our sponsors and members to resolve conflicts, but it is ultimately the sponsors' duty to ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely manner.
Acceptable level is a judgment call, but I think you can agree that he is WELL WELL below par of any sponsor on this site.
And it states in the rules that the site (SL) works with members to resolve conflicts, HAVE THEY?

OK, gentlemen, let me get the folks who work directly on that part of running the site involved, and see what they do.

This is beyond a mere technoid.

I'll pass on whatever info and guidance I get...

Thanks Thomas!!!!!
I am thinking of going through the thread and pulling the posts that are about complaints and posting as one, so the other BS doesn't have to be read through.
I know of atleast a Dozen DIFFERENT names in this thread who have had issues with garnishes or plugs!!

he better not be wasting money with other people, because some of us are still out to him in full.... *ahem*

oh right, here's our most recent PM's (me and iKona) after all of my flaming him for being a terrible businessman in multiple threads.

Hey bud, Im real sorry for everything and if you'd like Il be glad to refund you but id need a few weeks before I can do that. I can start by giving you 50 this new week. I know you don't want payments but its the best I can do.
to which I replied with:

Subject: Re: Hey bud
unfortunately I didn't use and still don't use and won't use paypal, so unless you want to waste money on stamps to send me 3 or 4 separate checks instead of one full one...
and so he replied to me with:

Subject: Re: Hey bud Quote message
I can hold it all until I have the full amount if ud like but 4 stamps isnt a big loss. haha
and i came back with this... haven't heard since.

i would like to think not, but the inability to pay up 176.49 at once leads me to believe otherwise.

i didn't mail you that money to pay your bills with, i mailed it to you as payment for a service you never completed, in fact, i shouldn't have paid you until you were ready to even undertake the job, because apparently you weren't.

So far he's sent me $50 of my $180 refund in the time that he said he would. I last spoke to him on the 3rd where he said he would send me the next $50 by today, so I'll try to contact him today to see where he's at with it. So far he's been good for it though
