This is where BOXMAN is in the wrong. If this was the other way around it would be a totally different story. Granted he did do a very big no-no and claimed fraud, but again it is poor business practices to withhold the money after he has tried to right the wrong, and again (as stated earlier) I can't help to think that it would not have happened if your wife had not "mis-shipped" it, gotta say sounds a bit shady.

You seemed pretty cool @ SEMA and would hve liked to keep working with you, but I can't say so now the way you are handling this, leaves me a bit un-nerved about purchases, especially you responses.

He reported his Paypal account as hacked into and he never paid for the rear sway bar. Paypal then held funds for 2weeks plus and he PM'ed or emailled me telling me he would get the bar and the money. Well screw him I am not geting screwed over and this ___ needs to learn a LESSON!

So you're admitting to having the sway AND the $$$? I think you were better off not posting that. (As you can tell by the responses here.) Be the bigger man and just send the sway. Get out of this hole while you can. I personally don't think its worth all this. Yeah, maybe he did screw up but you know what they say, "What comes around, goes around". Eventually, he'll get 'his'. (If this is how you truly feel.) As stated earlier, "karma people...karma".

BOXMAN how long from the time the money was sent to paypal to the time you actually shipped it the first time?

The other guy can respond too. Sounds to me like he waited over a week for you to send it then panicked that he was getting jacked and tried to get his money back.

Either way, fact remains you owe one or the other. Money or the sway bar, there is no way you can deny that.
