that was a problem with the single guy/owner, and not the whole shop.

that wasnt my point about who was responsible. there have been other places hurt because of bad business and the owners thinking they are invincible to what spreads around the internet. remember, this type of communication didnt exist before and that is why it was harder to know about these incidents.

Seriously, take him to court. You should be able to use this thread as some sort of evidence that they KNEW the molding of the two pieces wouldn't work. Sorry but taking their shoddy craftsmanship and not going after them for it is like getting it up the **** with a raw broom handle

I dont know about all this bashing on this shop. I was at some shows like HIN, Import Showoff, and Extreme Autofest (just as a spectator) and I saw the cars that A&A have done and they are soooooo fresh. People mess up and not all bodyshops are perfect. If you think that, your the one that is dumb. this is what you need to do, lock this thread, take the part back to A&A make them fix what is broken. If its a total loss, ask for compensation back. Its simple. Your the customer.

Yeah, I know this. I mentioned to them that they have a lifetime warranty & he just didn't respond to my comment. I'm thinking I should demand for them to fix it & if they refuse, take them to court.

Well then there you go. Why bring all this negative attention rather than taking the initiative in the first place? Problem solved.

I smell a class action if they don't honor that warranty with everyone posting in this thread.

haha... thats funny how you mentioned him. i have dealt with him way back in 96 and until today. he actually is a good friend of ours (me and my other friend) and he takes care of me whenever i come over to his shop. oh and back when i got my 02spec v, he hooked me up with VIS r33 front bumper that only took half a day for me to wait and it was ready to pick up. oh, a little tip if u wanna deal with him: pay cash cuz u can haggle it down a bit, but not too much that your low balling him. HAHA
