NEWS FLASH!!!!
YOU DON'T WORK FOR ZPI!!!
LET THEM HANDLE THEIR OWN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

And you wonder why people call you a ZPI Nut Hugger!

He is perfectly capable of calling ZPI on his own and if they don't respond to him it's still not your business. You truly make me sick to my stomach.

I'm sorry, I thought the purpose of a forum was to help people out? If I can get insider information Faster than most people can, then I'm going to exercise my RIGHT to offer help to those who actually need it.

But I would NOT ____ on fire to put you or your car out, so you don't have to worry about me ever giving you a hand.

IS it even possible to have a ZPI thread without the 2 nut huggers? Jesus.

Also, where are the REAL ZPI reps? But then again, why should they even bother being here when the Nut Huggers are off to the rescue?

Funny ____.

Default BBB

Why are there so many problems reported with ZPI, but none have been reported to the BBB?

Because most problems people have are resolved by ZPI.

ZPI fixes most problems, many other problems are due to people who have no common sense, or people who race their car around town untuned, and then have issues later.

Should i do a BBB on t-netics because of so many WG pipes cracking? or any of the other numerous problems with the other companies? Better yet, ill report microsoft for getting viruses

I accualy encourage you to read through ALL post and threads. Then you will actaully realize that ZPI isnt going anywere...

yeah, because ZPI has such a long history of outstanding customer service.....what, 3 years????? ROFL!

in response to the question of why there aren't more reports to BBB about ZPI, its simple.... The people who spent their cash on ZPI products don't want to look like dumbasses by admitting that they impulsively blew their money. This is why you will always see the ZPI guys defend the company to their death.....veins bulging out of their foreheads and everything.... :D

if you are truly happy and satisfied with ZPI.....then why get so defensive about it??????????

Dude, noones getting defensive, except for the idiots like you trying to defend your comments about why you think zpi is " not good "

trust me, if i thought i wasted my money, i would say so, and i have reported companies to the BBB before. you should take half your effort in trying to bash a companiy and do something productive.

...and about ZPI being around for 3 years? What do you think? scions been around for 20?

Give me a break, atleast their still here, unlike some companies

ZPI has 1 employee........after 3 years of taking money from scion owners...and they still can't afford another employee? I would never trust a tuning company that only has 2 employees. no wonder there have been so many customer service/satisfaction complaints.
