Default promotion tuning? F*** YOU!!

So i ordered the CC spipe from promotion tuning... i never got an email saying i ordered the thing, i never got an email telling me when it would be shipped.... so i called them and they told me all the crap i needed and said i wud get an email soon.... never got the email... soon enough the spipe arrives at my house and i look at it and its not even close to the one i ordered... i ordered a stainless steel cc spipe and the one i got was def not stainless steel... it was dirty on the outside and full of carbon on the inside like it had been used... also on the box it says like 02 ford focus... and to top it off i never got a packaging slip to return it... so im debating on calling them back to yell at them and get my 125 dollars back and use that on the MMW header/ spipe... tell me what you think... also they sell the MMW header the cheapest but i rlly dont want to buy it from them... ugh F*** I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!! PAIN IN THE ___...

You should always use a credit card when making purchases like this. Then you have some recourse. You will have to call them and see what they will do at this point.........

Unfortunately not. You can try, but the same laws do not apply with debit cards as they do with credit cards.

The only problem I had with them was it took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my stuff but that wasn't really a big problem. I just installed my exhaust today and everything fit perfect. I think you should at least try to talk with them and see if you can come to an agreement. Good luck.

The fact that it seemed dirty and full of carbon may be of concern, that doesn't seem right coming from ProMotion Tuning.

They sell multiple parts for mulitple makes and models of vehicles so that would explain the different make/model on the box

You never got a return slip because it is assumed that the package would not be returned. You usually only get return slips for some electronics and items with a core charge. Return slips aren't free you know
