I never buy items from someone who has such a small reputation for selling items. I was looking at the feedback score and it was 96% which is good, however most of the feed back was from sellers from which he bought stuff from. His reputation as a seller is very small which greatly increases your chance of being ripped off. I know sometimes these people seem to be giving you a great deal, but they are just out to rip you off. I only buy from people with a bigger reputation as sellers.

HOLD YOUR GROUND and PRESSURE PAYPAL to reverse charges !

If you paid PAYPAL through your credit card company, then call your credit card company and contest charges. If it with your bank, you can also file a claim and have charges reversed ....

hahaha, I sent him a message on ebay that said:
====
hahaha! you f*cking ******! I'm glad paypal decided in that guys favor. I saw the pix of those subs, and they are sooooo not in new in box shape.
You're the reason I hate canadians, and the french, you sh*t bag.
====

Not very nice of me, and totally juvenile, but it was fun nonetheless.

P.S. No canadians were actually harmed or hated in this email, however, one french-canadian porobably had his feelings hurt. HAHAHA!

*clap*
Way to fight the good fight.
Return the speakers in a box, and send him an extra package of poop to make your point!

Hahaha! so I sent him that message, he responds with:
====
Thanks for your racist remarks, THROUGH EBAY. I will be contacting your local authorities as well as ebay and showing them the message.
All the best. Next time you should watch what you say.
Ta-Ta
====

my juvenile response back to him was:
=====
Lol, don't forget to threaten to sick all your corporate lawyers on me, hahaha.

FYI, this is America, not that crap infested toilet you call home, Canada. In America, it's not a crime to be a racists, or to even make racist statements. It's called the freedom of speech, you ignorant troglodyte. Furthermore, last time I checked, French and Canadian aren't races, you imbecile, they are nationalities. I seriously doubt that the 'local authorities' would care, even if you -did- call them, which you did not. I couldn't care less if Ebay says anything to me for saying I hate you and people like you. If they do, I'll simply remind them of how badly you are violating the rules (being a dishonest seller, as well as using feedback for other people, to continue to degrade a previous seller).

The thing is, I'm usually not a jerk. But when I see someone not only disregarding the rules (the way he was with the feedback, slandering the buyer) but also shafting someone over (lying about the subs condition and specs, and then refusing refund), and then *lying* about it all, it just really gets my goat (blatant family guy homage). Other than that, I'm pretty much the nicest guy, even if I do act 15 from time to time.

Glad everything worked out for the buyer!

Not that they are worth anything, but did you get to keep the subs as well or did you have to send them back ??

hey told me to keep them. One is 100% not usable and will go in the trash, thought about burning it and shoving a dirty diaper in the cone and sending it back to him. The other can possibly used, not sure. It is pretty bad shape. Cone is so loose it will sound like poo. Probably going to scrap both just to get rid of the negative feelings from the deal.

Haha, it helps that I have a fair amount of sarcasm/wit, and that I've spent a good amount of time in a law firm...you learn some pretty good verbal repartee there
Welcome for the support, glad to help ya out

P.S. you should list them on ebay, showing the pics, and the correct voltage....nothing better in regards to revenge, then getting your money refunded *and* some extra back

And people will buy anything on ebay. I'm sure you could auction a bag of cat dung, and someone would bid on it
