Companies like this suck hard. Customer's make the business and should be #1 priority.
I know if you still want some shocker sticker's check out this site pretty good price and more color choices like carbon fiber and stuff.

I found mention of Shocker Stickers, Inc. scamming others on a different site. One person mentioned NissanPacific.com as being a former regular customer. You could try contacting them to see if they have any updated contact info. Contacting his repeat customers is a good way to get his attention. He won't want his reputation with his repeat customers damaged.
Still, you need to contact your CC company and cancel the transaction, but don't let it stop there. There has to be at least a few SL members from that area of FL. Why not get some others to roll by his place of business and harass him about scamming other SL members. I bet he'd be quick to contact you then. If the same thing was happening anywhere near Houston, you can bet I'd be willing to pay him a little visit for you!

This looks like it could be a residential address. If this is the original owner's home, then perhaps the current resident knows how to contact him or even knows how to contact the current business owner.

2tonexb or whatever his name is said that he got some some stickers from them so I checked them out...I ordered a sticker at least a month ago and they took my money and I have gotten nothing. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY
