It's been 1 week and haven't heard a single word from him. Does he really think I am gonna let this go? This is being taken up with GE Money in starting a dispute against the seller where as Paypal will not. They are both linked together but still different entity's. Does he even know that a written promise will hold against him in court? He kept saying that he wants his headunit returned back to him...so what does he want now? I mean what does he want to achieve? I legally can also report him to the authorities and be arrested for fraud. Still I won't see my money if I do. I just sent him a third notice via email in a demand for a refund. As for the FB and MS account, I won't msg him through there. I need all my replies as documentation to hold against him seeing that I am pursuing his account. But if anyone else can add his facebook account, post that he is defrauding someone and scamming someone of his money as well as a link to the SL thread. I would want EVERYONE to know that he is committing fraud.

 

I'll forward this on to one of his friends on Facebook, from what I can tell, they're somewhat close friends.

 

Thanks. I also made a reply on NASIOC as well. I didn't want to start any argument there so I just went straight to the point. You're right...I hope this can capture Bardia's attention.

 

That's why I told the guy my intention was to get SoGone's attention. 99% of Subaru owners are giant tools, so I didn't feel like getting into an argument with him, especially considering he seems like one of the top tools in the region.

 

I did PM his friend on Facebook though. I just sent him the link to this thread and told him to get Bardia to give up the cash that is rightfully owed to you.
