well i received the insurance check from UPS on this item a couple of weeks after i reported it. luckily i have a friend in the higher up's to help speed this along. big thanks to my buddy for that. but whether or not bardia received the headunit or not was not of my concern anymore. things happen, deals go sour, and some people r just very shady.
