Warning about Wheels Next....
I called them yesterday to inquire about some rims and tires for my xB. If you want any "name brand" tire it drives up the package price significantly. But most importantly, they do not include hubcentric rings!!!!
You get a package with wheels, tires, lugs, and on some vehicles springs but no hubcentric rings. Buyer beware!!!! Marc

on the contrary, i must chime in here...i ordered our gloss black 18 inch axis seven mods there (the ONLY place to get them..says so on the axis site) ..had a very pleasant experience...ordered them friday, the guy tried to add 100 bux for mount balance and lugs, and that did NOT ring up online when i paid, also they forgot to get my 3 digit # off the back of the credit card...so i said, fine cancel my order, i dont want to pay the extra 100 bux, and the did NOT charge me, AND they sent the lugs too! for free...got the rims in 3 days (im in jax fl) and the guy eneven called me back w the tracking # as i requested...i was pretty impressed.....overall , my seven mods came WITH the center caps (is that what the hub centric rings are??) , at no add charge, and to top it off, got the axis rims , 400 bux cheaper than the silver ones were selling for on wheelguyz.com...overall i was pleased w the packaging, the swft shipping (yes i said swift) and the service....

Hubcentric rings are rings that go on the inside of a wheel so that if the "hole" on the wheel is bigger than the hub that is attached to your brakes they will fit tighter and prevent steering wheel vibration. There was a thread about them and it will explain better than i can

i had a good experience with wheelsnext, but, every deal is different. fortunately, the model i got didn't need hubcentric rings, so i didn't have that problem. shipping was fast and i got exactly what i was looking for, for $600 including tires i don't think i can complain.
i tried to take the pricing to discount tire here in chicago and get them to match the price so that i could get the lifetime warranty, but they would go for it.
sorry to hear that you had a problem, i'm sure others have too. no company is perfect, but they could have at least tried to please you with the rings.

Hahhaha... see I guess I wasnt alone on the wheel vibration... I started a thread on wheel vibrations a while back.
Sorry to change the subject... but I need to rebalance my tires because I did not have hubcentrics in them...

i ordered a set of 18''adr visions last summer from wheelnext. now, the way i see it, your tellin the representative on the phone what car you have, what year ,what size rim, all this info, he should at least tell "oh your going to need hubcentric rings" but that wasnt the case when i bought them. when i got my rims i put em on and i was gettin vibration. i call them back up and spoke to the guy who sold me the rims and NOW he tells me i need the rings and he doesnt even offer to sell me any (i dont know if they sell them though) or doesnt tell me where to get em, or what size i need. by the way i believe the guy's name is Carlos.

I got rings for mine. Polycarbon according to the ebay auction.
I got mine from the seller: eurosportgarage
Got it in quick and the rings fit like a glove.
Once you have those in your rims, I think the best next thing to do is re-balance. If that doesn't solve the problem... then the worst answer is: faulty wheels.
I'm at the point where I believe I bought faulty wheels.
