Sorry this happened to all you guys. I'm glad I pulled out when I did. Back in the end of '05 I ordered a stage 0 kit for my tC. And like many of you i got the run around. "Your kit should ship out next week," was classic. I just deployed to the desert and I eventually got tired of waiting and about 3 months later, fortunately I got a refund. I had to threaten legal action but i did get my refund. Once I got back from the desert, I just ended up buying an Evo IX, so maybe it was for the best. Regardless, good luck gettin your money.

What is everyone doing about getting their money back? I paid via Paypal, and didn't use a card, so pretty much i'm just ____ed! I'm going to call Jim miller tomorrow and see what my options are. Has anyone tried to get a lawyer in on this? Jw if it would help since this thing has blown into a big storm already!

I would call a lawyer. If you paid by paypal that money went right to Kenny so you may be going after him and not ZPI/Danny. To be sure though call a lawyer.

Soooo I have heard it all, and read the majority of this thread. One simple solution comes to mind, yet I don't see anyone here suggestion it.

It looks like there are some people that know where this Kenny guy is, so why not go and pay Kenny a visit? Explain that you came for your money and you are not leaving with either the money or something of equal value.

I don't understand at all how or why this has not happened yet.

It's easy to say it when you haven't been through it. No need for both of you to be in jail. It's ok he's getting his.

I dont really want to call a lawyer over 160 bucks because odds are if I got a lawyer it would cost me more than that anyway to get my money back. I can understand people who dropped 4k doing that.. but I feel like I'm at that SOL point.

You would not know untill you called one. If you get enough, a Class Action suite could be brought up, and there is big money in that. It couldn't hurt to ask.

It's hard to settle legal disputes from different states... I've gotten a hearing, which ZPI obviously did not come to, and it was ruled in my favor. The worst part about that is...even though the money is legally mine now (as if it weren't before), there is no way to force them to pay.

Nothing. They basically tell you to go ask for the money nicely. Like everyone hasn't tried...the legal process for things like this is very inefficient and time-consuming.

I thought court ordered judgment would be a little more far reaching and formal
