Brad knows best as he worked for zpi! all i know is that they still have alot of my coin, and i don't plan on letting Kenny get away with it. He thinks he
s just gonna fall off the map, but Houston isn't to far of a drive for me. I know atleast one other person with in 2 miles of me sent some serious $$ to kenny also.

we could all just meet here in oklahoma, and drive down and.... well.. it won't really solve anything, but it'll make me feel alot better

I guess this puts me in a bit of a sticky situation. I ordered almost $3800 parts from him... the funny thing is that... well I got half my order...(Pistons and Bearings) but only after I called and emailed them like 10 times. But the kicker is that the one part that he didn't get to me was my HYDRA engine management system. I've been waiting since the 13th of June. and I just looked into it.... my 45 days to file a claim with paypal are up...

anyone know of some options I might have or... have I been royally screwed in the ****??

gosh my sleep wont come easy tonight....

Comp.

might be able to take it up with your credit card company unless you paid via bank account - im not sure. Ide call the new phone number and talk with them to see if they know the situation first. According to what i was told .... not everybody is stuck ...just the ones that waited a long time and listened to kenny throw hope into the fire

Once it passes the time limit, PayPal wont do anything. I bought 4 XBOX's once, seller responded to my questions for a couple of weeks. Felt reassured, went away expecting to see some XBOX's when I got back from trip. Nothing, and since time limit had passed for claim, PayPal did nothing.

Didnt know it was called joyce inc.

She was an employee of ZPI, I would presume that its ZPI at fault, not here. regardless its probably noones fault besides Danny bower. If i owned the company, i would have a little more interaction and involvement than just picking up my checks. Seriously, He's locked out of his own building. Now i just think thats hilarious. He dosnt even have a key to the company he finaces. Give me a break.

you cant honestly say that nobody saw the end of ZPI coming. sure they make some great kits, but without at least decent customer service, no company can survive. ZPI's way of doing business finally caught up with them.

New ZPI Contact Information:
Danny Bower
*****
*****
Louisville, KY 40222

SCIONLIFE ADMIN EDIT: SL has been contacted by Danny and he has requested that his personal info is not shared on our site. The relationship between Kenny and Danny is not clear to me, but it does not seem appropriate to disseminate Danny's personal details provided in Kenny's mass email.

I was going to pm you and have a peaceful conversation but after this comment i cannot. Kennys mom did commit check fraud. On the 13th of july danny informed that nobody can write, sign, or cash a check on the company account. on the 17th of july kennys mom signed (which i mean the date on the check) and the cashed the check on the same day for $2600. Danny never picked up a check. danny wanted to get out of the company before the end of 2006 but knew kenny could not give him his money back (at least $206,000). so he made kenny sign over assets to secure his money. This has nothing to do with the building that ZPI was/is in. Dannys name is not on the lease. So with that kenny can say what ever he wants to keep danny out of the building.
