Was it ZPI that refunded you or your bank?

Yeah, if you disputed it, it would of come from the bank not them. Anyway glad to see you got your money back no matter how it got back.

Yeah, when I got my cash back, (after I disputed the charge with my bank) it was directly removed from ZPI's accounts, it was funny because the way that I knew, is that I got a nasty email form kisha telling me she would no longer do busniess with me cause money was taken from her.

funny thing is the reason I was in talks with Kisha is because ZPI double shipped me on some parts...when I ordered a set of pistons and bearings, I had gotten 2 sets of each of them...

Please don't use this text in any other context than the one you read it in. there is more to this email than the clip That I am about to show you. but this is a clip from an email that she sent me after I was speaking with her in regards of getting the rest of my shipment after ZPI went under. The Email was on August 10th 2007

",
>
>Please disregard my previous email. At this point I will no longer be working on getting any of your parts shipped to you as I was just informed that you charged back your ENTIRE order, which includes not only the hydra and arp head studs, but the set of pistons and rings that you have already received.

I can only assume that you will no longer be shipping me back the extra set that you received. I guess you feel you deserve those products as compensation for your hassle? I can assure you that we will be fighting your PayPal charge back for the amount that is rightfully due to us for product
received.

Keisha"

::note I did not charge back my entire order:: and infact paid for the parts I recieved.
we are square.

I am also 20tCDude05 obviously and I am still in the owed list. Take that and put it in the refunded list and delete BBallDude51298 as that is also me.

Anyone want to take a trip to Huston and Louisville to pay Kenny and Danny a visit. For someone who wanted to help so much and pay people back, Danny hasn't done **** but give the xB back. Looks like it's a new year and time to lawyer up.

Hope you're reading Danny...
