I ordered the 35w 6000k HID kit 7 days ago. I got the confirmation email right after the order that I placed an order. I emailed them 3x to check on the status, but NO replies!! Now I get an email after 9 days that they shipped my order. BUT it's coming from China. What happened to their U.S. Store?? I guess it will take 3-4 weeks to arrived?!?! So far I'm not impressed!!!

true, it happen to me. eventually i got like 3 weeks from the day i bought it. also i email them asking what was going on with the order but didnt answer...
it works good though... did you buy the slim one? its pretty neat.

You aren't the first I've heard complain their customer service was non-existent or that it took a very long time for the lights to arrive. Did you get regular shipping or 2-day?

I bought 2 35W, 6000K kits with slimline ballasts (for my tC and my wife's Escape) at the same time, but got 2-day shipping. My order shipped the next day and I had it 2 days after that. Don't know if that plays a difference for them...

How do you like the kit? Thats the one I was thinking about ordering the same one for my tC, also why didn't you go with the 55w, just curious, thanks a lot

I really like the lights and the extra visibility is great. I'm not a huge fan of blue headlights, so I find myself wishing I'd gotten the 5000K, but it's not so bad I'm going to change anything.

I went with the 35W for 2 reasons. I don't know that they're valid reasons, but they're mine. 1. I was a little concerned about blinding oncoming traffic with 55W. 2. I read some negative things about the 55W versions that I didn't see on the 35W, so I went that route.

well they are made in china, alot of times they ship directly from china in order to cut down on the shipping time.

but yea your right, you deserved some kind of response explaining that. i know its too late now, but if you want to buy the same slim kits, you can try

they do cost a little more because they are a reseller, but they do offer better customer service from what i hear.

just ordered 55w 8k and 35w 3k from them on the 29th, i was able to call the customer service line and got the 8k's switched to 10k's quite quickly and easily... but when i did checkout all they had was regular shipping and pickup from their 2 locations in CA.

glad this thread was started though, least i know i'll be waiting a couple weeks for it now instead of hoping to have it by the weekend

Buddy of mine ordered a kit for his R6, took 4 weeks to get to him, but they did tell him it was out of stock and shipping from China. Awhile back when i ordered my 35w 4300k kit I called and asked them if it was in stock before ordering, got them in a week.

Really debating about ordering a set of 55w 5k just to try to get rid of ANY blue tint to the bulbs... but for now the 35w seems fine, except for the fact that one ballast usually craps out on startup, but for $30 I'll just get a new set.

55w 6000k here. I got the 2 day shipping like MightyP and mine arrived in 2-3 days here on the east coast. Gorgeous light output.

i ordered 35w 6000k...regular shipping...i think i got it in about a week..week and a half maybe...

though i live in CA..somewhat near their Huntington Beach location

..i'm sure it will come, for the price it is....its worth waiting

same issue here, 55W 5K, ordered with standard shipping over 2 weeks ago, sipping directly from China, sitting in US customs now for over a week. Also they don't ship to anything but the billing address.

i went to extrahid, havnt got mine yet, but then its only been 2 days.. shipped from california and got 2 status emails the same day saying "ordered placed" and "shipped"

just got a confirmation email and a shipping email last night... ordered on the morning of the 29th, so bout 6 business days for them to get it shipped, dont know how long it will take to get to me as the tracking # is yet to work.

I have had their35w 6000k kit in my car for a few months now, absolutely zero problems. I will tell you..if you want the whitest light possible, get the 5k, not the 6k. My 6k is just a bit blueish for my taste. I was hoping for super white.

They sell good products, but you have to realize they are coming from China and it takes a while. Their customer services is really a problem, sure, but for the price of their products you are foolish to expect anything more.
